The coach helps you understand yourself, what you want, what works for you, by:
- listening
- asking provocative questions
- asking clarifying questions
- questioning assumptions
- hearing what you’re not saying
- seeing what you’re missing in a situation
- going to deep, scary places with you
- sharing her opinions and assessments of you and your situation
This 12 - month program requires a minimum of 4 - 45 minutes uninterrupted sessions per month to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
The coachee will drive when the sessions are conducted and we will focus on small wins for maximum outcomes per session.
